Cantor Fitzgerald Backs Pro-Crypto Political Push with $10M Donation
Cantor Fitzgerald has committed $10 million to Fellowship PAC, a political action committee supporting cryptocurrency-friendly candidates in the U.S. The move signals deepening ties between finance giants and digital asset policy advocacy.
The PAC, chaired by Tether executive Jesse Spiro, aims to influence regulatory frameworks ahead of key elections. Anchorage Digital also contributed, citing the need for clearer crypto rules. Filings reveal millions already spent on ad campaigns for favored candidates.
Cantor's involvement reflects its crypto sector ties—including investments in Tether and collaboration with Anchorage on a U.S. stablecoin launch earlier this year. The Lutnick family's leadership maintains the firm's aggressive stance on digital assets.
